Configuring Your LoveWorld 360 Email Account on your iPad

  1. Click on ‘Settings‘, then ‘Mail, Contacts and Calendars
  2. Tap on the ‘Add Account‘ button.
  3. Select ‘Other
  4. Enter your email information:
    Name: [Your Name]
    Address: [Your email address in full]
    Password: [Your Password]
    Description: [Optional]
  5. Clicking ‘Save‘ would try to look up the account and then open a new dialog box
  6. Select IMAPUnder the ‘Incoming Mail Server‘ Section, enter the followingHost Name: imap.loveworld360.com
    Username: [YOUR FULL EMAIL ADDRESS]
    Password: [YOUR PASSWORD]

    Under the ‘Outgoing Mail Server‘ section, enter the following

    Host Name: smtp.loveworld360.com
    Username: [YOUR FULL EMAIL ADDRESS]
    Password: [YOUR PASSWORD]

  7. Once the account is successfully added, you are taken to the inbox:

Once account is set up, Pls follow the following steps

=> Click on ‘Settings‘ and then ‘Mail

=> Click on ‘Fetch New Data

=> Under the ‘Fetch’ section, select ‘√Čvery 15minutes

Once you have set up your account, You can sync your sent mails folder such that emails sent from your iPad also reflect on all your other mobile devices

1. Kindly Click on 'settings' then 'Mail, contacts and calendars'

2. Please Select the Account you want to sync on the right

3. You would be presented with a popup. Tap on 'Account'

4. Please Scroll to the bottom of the new popup and tap 'Advanced'

5. Please Tap on 'Sent Mailbox'. 

6. You would be presented with a popup with two sections. 
In the 'On the Server' section, please select 'Sent'. 
7. Please navigate back by clicking  'Advanced' then 'Account' at the top left hand of the popup. 

8. Please Click 'Done' at the top right to save.
